POS discovery
Before we meet

A head start on your POS.

A POS to POS migration starts with an existing product list. Without a POS, we first assess the product information you and your suppliers can provide.

Sharing this early helps us identify what can be reused and where manual entry could be reduced, so kickoff can focus on the approach and next steps.

Complete what you can. The more you share, the clearer the picture. You can submit while information or files are still to come.

Preparing your product list

These questions help us assess the work before we meet. Approximate numbers are fine.

We can see roughly 200 products on your Squarespace shop. Has your developer loaded them into Shopify?
How many additional shop products need help being added to Shopify?
Products that aren’t on Squarespace.
Approximate number:
What product information do you already have?
Tick all that apply.
Other:
How many suppliers do you need product information from?
Approximate number:
Can you get any missing product information from your suppliers?
Share your existing product files
Please include an example from each supplier where the format differs. Spreadsheets, PDFs and invoices are all useful. If you already have a combined product list, include that.
Send files as they are. No new spreadsheet or reformatting needed.
Upload up to five files
Those files are over 8 MB together, which is too big to send here. Remove one, or share a folder link instead.
More files or images? Share a folder link:
Do the supplier files contain only products you sell, or their full range?
Where are your current selling prices?
Tick all that apply.
Elsewhere:
Do the product files include SKUs or supplier product codes?
What product images are available?
Tick all that apply.
To match images to products, we need the SKU or product code in the image filename or alongside its URL. Share what you have so we can check the approach.
Is any product information or imagery still to come?
If anything is still to come, what is it and roughly when will it be available?
Your opening stocktake
An opening stocktake is part of the plan. Where are you up to?
Where are your current stock quantities kept?
